Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, now in the US living my vision for the World of an Emotional Intelligence pandemic.
After breaking my neck ended a 12 year professional rugby career, I embarked on a personal growth journey.
Now a leadership coach, my mission is to help high school, college and pro athletes develop a healthy identity, reducing the incidence of anxiety, depression and suicide, especially as they transition from sport.
I also run leadership programs for businesses to create a winning culture.
