1. Relationships in business are everything.
2. “How you do anything is how you do everything!”
3. Building a strong value prop starts with the why/outcome. Product features are the “how” that drives that outcome.
4. Always be a lifelong learner.
5. Take the time to pause and reflect or life will pass you by.
