Fractional Executive and Advisor

I'm an experienced manager and entrepreneur that has been shaping his career in the digital world since 2004.

After bootstrapping a small company into one of Italy's leading players in digital communication and social media, and after co-founding a consulting agency that was eventually acquired by China's #1 cross-border e-commerce media company, I joined the award-winning creative technology agency AQuest (WPP), where I was in charge of designing the foundations for an international expansion of the company.

I currently support companies and agencies as a fractional executive and advisor, helping them pursuing change in the areas of organizational design, employee experience, business strategy and more.
