I manage my own law practice, Marc J. Weinstein PLLC, where I provide legal advice, counsel and advocacy for educational and assessment technology providers, nonprofit education associations, certification and licensure organizations, and other companies in intellectual property matters, privacy issues, civil rights matters, white collar investigations, contract negotiations and disputes, organizational governance, and other areas of law that impact their business.

I began my legal career in 1998 as a prosecutor for the Office of the State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where I served as an Assistant State Attorney until leaving the office to enter private practice in 2002.

Served 5 years in BigLaw.
