Bio

Marcel Rosegreen-Walters is a Sentient Co-Founder, Wellness and Fitness Coach. Born in Germany, Marcel moved to Florida at age 7 and attended the University of Central Florida where he studied business. His approach to coaching (Sentiency) starts with tackling your problems from the inside out, focusing on the physical, mental and emotional, to maximize your overall health.

Marcel began his health and spiritual journey at the age of 24 when he was 320 pounds, plagued by asthma, a weak immune system, and was constantly at the doctors’ office. Marcel began connecting to his own body through meditation, spiritual study, veganism and exercise losing 180 pounds–which inevitably cured his asthma. Due to his own profound healing journey, Marcel Co-founded Sentient Wellness as a way to help others heal and connect to their inherent wellness.

Marcel believes it’s vital to educate children, teens, young adults and adults about health and wellness - to teach them early in life to take care of their mind, body and spirit. He shares with them from his own path - connecting to one-self through meditation, eating plant-based foods/healthier alternatives, focusing on emotional healing and self-discovery, and learning how to deal with emotional stress in your life. Marcel facilitates workshops at schools as a guest speaker educating students about various aspects of wellness - like plant-based foods, mental health and fitness.

Marcel hopes that his own personal transformation and continued journey of personal expansion, enlightens and inspires others.
