Faith Tradition🙏🏻: Short answer would be Christian, but I feel the curiosity of a child working to develop the spiritual practices of an adult. My favorite teacher is Jesus, but I am saddened most by any arrogance of those who claim to follow Him and am in awe of the humility displayed by many never claiming to know Him but looking and leading and living like Him. My Faith lies in a Loving God which connects us all together and I enjoy seeing life through this lens.

Gratitude Practice📓: I believe that building a life where I am grateful each day for the things that went well AND the things that didn’t go well is the secret to Joy. I have been practicing Gratitude Journaling and sharing with others for several years and this practice has become foundational for my leadership and life.

Lean Leadership 👨‍🏭 (in manufacturing and beyond): many of the principles taught in Lean Manufacturing are universal principles for solid leadership AND I BELIEVE ARE THE SOLUTIONS FOR THE HUMAN RACE THRIVING . Healthy systems where every person in them is encouraged to respect each other as they collectively work to improve the system towards perfection.

Speaking: I have the honor of speaking on this topic around the world and believe it is a path forward to solve the largest of human problems including Climate Change, World Peace, Poverty, Pandemics, etc. All of these will require YES/AND thinking rather than either or thinking.
