Hey there, my name’s Manu, she/her. ✨ Nice to connect with you!

My main interests are spirituality, psychedelics and polyamory, which I have a lot of thoughts and ideas about.

My spiritual awakening journey was triggered by a psilocybin truffle experience that showed me what gratitude feels like and I set the intention to feel that way every day, even without a psychedelic substance.
I’m very fond of using them as tools to grow and heal to become the best version of myself.

I started the Instagram page @open_state_of_mind where I post spiritual content and connect with like-minded souls. Through that I met Danny Consciousliving, who actually invited me to Clubhouse.
We’ve been live on Instagram a couple of times talking about spirituality, the law of attraction and much more.

Through my spiritual practices I adapted an abundance mindset and the belief that love is the highest emotion there is and should be spread as much as possible, which led me to think: “Why only give this kind of intimate love to only one person? I wanna spread it with as many people and as much as possible.”
Either it being in the form of cuddling, kissing or Sacred Energy eXchange, as long as everything’s consensual.

Through talking about this with someone I learnt about polyamory and I was just blown away, that this was an option.

I started the polyamory page @polyamory_awareness to connect with like-minded people, hear their stories and just spread more polyamory awareness.
This page is now one of the biggest (if not THE biggest?) polyamory education page, which I’m very proud of.

I’m also creative and I create visual polyamory representation through designs on my Redbubble shop.
