I’m Mankoana Nhlebela a South African Entrepreneur, Corporate Woman, Transformational Speaker and Women Empowerment Mentor. I’m also the Founder of a non-profit organization, Motherly Love, that aims to empower underprivileged mothers-to-be.

I’m the owner of UKARA (www.ukara.co.za) an online fashion and lifestyle brand. I have a keen interest in contributing to the sustainable advancement of the African fashion landscape, into one predominantly characterised by local designs and production. In line with this notion, each UKARA clothing garment is locally manufactured for women seeking elegance and versatility to cater for varying body types, and to create your own unique style.

The company also provides manufacturing/ production services for small-medium enterprises in the fashion industry.

I have senior and general management corporate experience in telecommunications, technology and information security (strategy, governance, risk, compliance and programme management).

I’m here to learn, grow and contribute purposefully.
