Dr Emmanuel Kojo Nartey BA, LLM, MSc, and PhD in International Law and Human Rights, National Director of International Association of Youth Courts, Member of International Association of Psychological Scientist, Member of Chartered Institution of Management, Visiting Scholar at Coventry University and Senior Law Lecture at Cardiff Member University (born 18 April 1983 in Accra), is a Ghanaian judoka and academic. He competed in the men's 73 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics and was eliminated by Dex Elmont in the second round. He was the first judoka to represent Ghana at the Olympic Games.
Nartey studied at the University of the West of England, University of East London and the University of Law. He served in the British Army for 17 years. He is the author of a book titled "My Olympic Dream". and two academic book titled "Accountability Criteria for Victims of Corporate Human Rights Abuse".
