I am a previous care leaver, that has been working with young people and care leavers for the last number of years supporting and empowering them to achieve greater outcomes within different areas Mental Health, Emotional Wellbeing Independence, EET, and much more.

Currently building an inclusive platform for young people in care and leaving care. Here to network with like minded individuals working for the greater cause of empowering and supporting care leavers to gain better outcomes; whilst continuing to work with young people, local authorities and educational establishments to make changes to the system and approach within practice.
