Bio

“Teacher of Teachers,” Stacey Vann, is and always was a yogi exploring yoga since her early childhood and completed her first yoga teacher training in Seattle, WA in 1997. She graduated college in 1996 with a French major, as well as, women and religious studies double minor. She began teaching yoga over 20 years ago and offers yoga classes for all ages from babies to grandparents. Stacey’s teaching and mentorship style is grounded in authentic connection, wisdom attained from experience and embodiment, and healthy boundaries. She is a beacon offering support, compassion, loving kindness, and illumination for her students on the path to truth, consciousness, and pure joy. Stacey is a wife, householder, and mother lovingly guiding 5 boys, ages 26, 24, 17, 16, and 12 and commits daily to a practice of movement, breath, laughter, contemplation, whole foods, self-study, service with an attitude of gratitude.

Stacey embodies the path of “sagesse” meaning wisdom and with that vow comes a vast experience of life’s greatest teachings. Stacey knows the feeling and depth of grief and loss as well as her Spirit’s longing to dance, to be free, and to live with an open heart. Stacey is grateful for all her mentors, teachers, guides, and ancestors that have gifted her with the wisdom to move and navigate the ever-changing currents of life with greater grace and ease. Stacey is here to bear witness to your greatest joy and your greatest suffering, and illuminate the spaces inside that deserve to be seen, heard, felt, and honored.
