Malin drives strategy, shapes messaging, experience and sales activation for Oracle in North America.

Prior to joining Strategic Messaging Services, Malin was an early member of Oracle FUEL. An Innovation Service designed to help unlock business innovation opportunities through creative problem solving and co-creation. By focusing on the unmet needs of customers and employees, she supports clients to generate ideas and rapidly prototype new solutions that leverage unique capabilities to bring their vision to life. In 2019 she was awarded Oracle's CX Solution Engineering 'Be Innovative'-award and the 1+1 Innovation Award in 2020.

Malin spent 6+ years in management positions, partly with Klarna, the second highest valued privately owned FinTech in the world at $46 bn, where she managed up to 40 people in 8 countries, including 3 managers. During this time, Klarna grew from 50 people to 1,200 and was backed by investors like Sequoia.

In 2019 she completed the assignment as chairwoman, with the ultimate responsibility for the largest local Red Cross organization in Stockholm with 200 people in 12 units. She both led the merge of three branches, including, people-, financial- & strategic management as well as was part of the strategy creation for all of the 800+ branches in the national Swedish Red Cross. She spent three years in the board and 2 in the Regional Council of Stockholm, the connection between local branches & the national board.

Malin holds a degree in Behavioral Science from SMC, Los Angeles, where she graduated with High Honors. She also holds the equivalent of a BA in Management and is certified in Advanced Design Thinking and as a Scrum Master. This fall she’s starting her eMBA with Hult International Business school.
