Joppe Merchiers, better known as Major J, is a belgium based composer and producer specialising in future bass’ish / pop music. As a child, Joppe learned a variety of digital audio workstations, but it wasn’t until he began experimenting with Logic Pro X and midi keyboards that he really started to discover his sound. After graduating from high school, he embarked on a three year sound technology course in the beautiful city of Antwerp, subsequently DJ’ing every weekend on party’s & festivals across the Belgium circuit.
