I love all things related to self-compassion and self love! I have a Masters in Research and one in Social Work and so I love to put research into practice.

I am also co-owner of Maitri Centre for Love and Compassion https://maitricentre.com/services/. We offer workshops on self love and self compassion, as well as work with organizations to increase compassion in the workplace.
