Like many people in my industry I left the corporate world after burn out. Not once but twice. I wanted to live a more balanced life and share these incredible practices of yoga and meditation with others.

I was unhappy, unhealthy and incredibly lost searching for connection and community and the belief that there is more to life than what society says how we should or should not be living.

I’d been travelling down a path that was not me and I was broken.

I follow a ancient tradition of yoga and meditation with its origins firmly in India, it is YOGA in its truest form.

Grassroots yoga and meditation is for seekers of authentic practices of yoga and meditation, for those who those who prioritise their health and wellbeing to live a more balanced life in tune with nature. To reconnect with themselves.
