My practice serves private equity funds, startups and venture capitalists and nonprofits, among others. I founded Maeve40 Fitness in an effort to help people channel their inner wellness warrior. As a Spartan SGX coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Animal Flow, and Russian Kettlebell certified instructor, I coach individuals and groups in Chicago, online, on the Spartan field, and around the world at destination fitness retreats. Most recently, Maeve40 Fitness hosted the Wander Woman Retreat in New Buffalo Michigan in June 2019 and at Starved Rock in October 2020, and a series of bootcamp classes in Martha’s Vineyard in August 2019.
