I am a certified Mental Fitness and Empowerment Coach

My SUPERPOWER is the ability to listen and hold space for those who are in deep distress.

I am passionate about getting people through the toughest moments in their lives. I empower and support clients who feel alone, disconnected or trapped into stability, strength and possibilities by specializing in Active Listening, Empathy and Mental Fitness.

I believe everyone has patterns and behaviours that hold them back. I create lasting new habits that serve clients for the rest of their lives. I untap the truest potential lying beneath the surface and uncover who they are seeking to become.

Here is my backstory...

A few years back;
As a graduate of CTI I felt unstoppable. I was positive I was going to blaze into the coaching world with my passion, knowledge and willingness to impact as many people as I could. I found the work deeply compelling and transformative. I also made some lifelong friendships out of the program.

Rewind a few more years;
At 30, I decided I wanted to volunteer at my local Crisis Centre for suicide prevention. I applied and was granted a spot to take their intensive training to be a "distress line" worker. I fell in love with the training, the people and most importantly, the work. The skills of empathy, active listening and rapport building with those who were deeply hurting, spoke to me. That became the bedrock of who I am and how I am today. I later moved into a training role there.

Fast forward to now;
I am a certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC). This incredibly life changing work with mental fitness, saboteurs and sage, is what has propelled my vision into a reality.
