Personally I have spend the last 8 years to transform my life. I have utilized the inner connection and energy work to obtain freedom and peace within.
I’ve learned a lot about the mind body connection and how to use the body as a gateway to your subconsciousness and get out of the mind. In my practice I use the body as an anchor to heal trauma and obtain inner balance. Especially working with our life force the sexual energy has really propelled my inner growth.
I have in my journey delt with low self esteem, low self worth, co-dependence, disconnection from the body, low sexual energy flow.
From all my knowledge gained from my own journey and growth I wish to inspire other to find their inner powerhouse 🙏🏻
