👨‍👩‍👦 Parents’ advocate ✅ Solution focussed champion 🔎 I focus on win-win outcomes for all parties that help build stronger and more purposeful parent-child relationships

❤️I’m Lyn and immensely proud of my track record in respect of supporting parents and/or carers from all walks of life to feel confident about coping and dealing with the array of presenting challenges that come with raising a child on a daily basis.

🧐My particular areas of expertise relate to ADHD, Autism and/or other additional needs! I have been an accredited ADHD Coach & Autism advisor since 2003.

👽I am a modern languages teacher by trade but, after almost 15 years in the profession, took a sideways leap to become Education and Parenting Lead for my local Youth Offending Service (Reading, UK), a post which I held for almost 17 years until I was made redundant in April 2017.

🎯My mission is to enable parents to create a workable and sustainable plan of action that enables them to redress the balance of ‘power’ in their households as well as prevent strops and tantrums!

💪With 20+ years of hands-on experience, specifically in the field of parenting, I have facilitated in excess of 500 workshops and hundreds of 1:1 sessions with parents from all walks of life and so I’m ready for anything!

🗣I encourage parents to explore how to adopt and adapt ‘scripts’ making use of language in a way that prevents them from ‘getting drawn in’ to an unnecessary argument whilst simultaneously making far more effective use of their parenting endeavours.

💻My work with parents is based on an Observe, Do, Review approach because not only is it an effective system for learning and ongoing development but it actively increases the likelihood of win-win outcomes for all parties!
