My name is Lynda Richard, I am a Certified Integrative Life Coach, Specializing in Relationships & Intimacy.
I help women take back their power and rediscover their ability to create the Deeply Connected and Intimate Relationship they’ve always desired by stripping down the layers of “false protection” trauma created!
I understand first hand how Abuse and Trauma of ANY kind can impact our ability to create both of these! That is why I am so passionate about helping others create Healthy relationships, and develop a deeper level of Intimacy.
