Marketing and Comms for Lyme Bay Winery in Devon, allotment dweller (totally blagging it), rearer of two small people, sea swimmer - just trying to keep our heads above water and have some fun along the way.

🙌🏼Here to learn for myself (brand new to CH), keen to spread the word of the wonderful drinks made at Lyme Bay Winery.

🥂We make traditional method English Sparkling using the three main Champagne grapes, and beautiful Still wines focusing on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but absolutely not limited to these varieties.

🍇Grapes are sourced from specific sites mostly in Essex, from vineyards proven to produce fantastic clones of the varieties we want to make wines with.

💪🏽Proud to work with dedicated growers who support us, and us them.

🍏We made cider too, with apples grown at Burrow Hill Cider Farm, home of Somerset Cider Brandy and founders the Temperleys.

🍯You have to try our mead too. Traditional, sparkling, canned, spiced... dive in! So not just for Game of Thrones.

🍸We also produce a range of gins from London Dry to Pink Grapefruit.

🥃Our Lugger Rum is a beautiful spiced rum, expertly blended, aged and spiced here in our Devon winery. Inspired by our rugged coastline and notorious local smuggler, Jack Rattenbury, its honey caramel warmth will sort you right out.
