I'm a son, a brother to 3 siblings, husband to my best friend, proud father of 3 very loving and caring adult children, proud BOOMPA of 1 and counting, friend to many, know as Your Real Estate Guy With The Purple Tie, owner operator of Fleming Real Estate Group and Fleming Real Estate Inc.

As a Real Estate Advisor our agents hang out licenses with world renowned, and VERY prestigious Engel & Völkers, where we help our clients with all aspects of their Real Estate needs.

Being one of a few hundred Federal Political Coordinators or F.P.C, for the 49th Congressional District of California's Congressman Mike Levin, as well as a member of the National Association Of Realtors, we lobby for the citizens of the United States of America on a National level for their Real Estate rights.

The position of being a Key Contact for California State as the Key Contact for our Assembly Member for the 76th District Tasha Boerner Horvath, we stand up for California citizens in the 79th District's Real Estate rights alongside 80 other Key Contacts in the state of California.

Sitting on the Board of C.A.R. California Association Of Realtors with less than 800 fellow California Realtors, we fight for the rights for all of our fellow Golden State citizens and our Real Estate rights.

Being the 12th Board Member for North San Diego County Association Of Realtors or NSDCAR, fighting for the rights for the Citizens of North County San Diego is first and foremost.

L.G.R, Local Government Relations is an elected group of 12 Realtors that keep close contacts with local North County law makers to see that our local Citizens have a voice when it comes to their Real Estate rights.
