Colleen Marie has dedicated her life to optimal self-improvement and personal and professional growth through creating solutions, education and architecting relationships. Her more than 30 years of experience in business with clients, high-performing teams, cross-functional companies, and strategic global partnerships is augmented with her experiences and certifications as a Master Practitioner in timeline therapy, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistics, psych-K and other homeo- and naturopathic therapies. She is a visionary, creative optimist who helps people reshape their view on change, communication, and self-care to optimize their effectiveness and authenticity so they can thrive.
It is Colleen’s belief that when everyone has the right resources at the right time for their right outcomes, the storm damage in their lives will be lessened and they can come out the other side in an optimal state with growth opportunities to share with others.
Colleen is the Founder of Win2ition, a 501c3 focused on creating optimal outcomes for caregivers and first responders, and the Founder and Chief Resource Officer of Focused Outcomes, where she has developed Proactive Empowerment Programs to optimize people’s outcomes for all people.
