📍Tennessee-based journalist, photographer, content creator and public art nonprofit founder

📝 I have worked in the media as a writer and editor for two decades contributing to a long list of titles, including Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, Food + Wine, AFAR, Parade, Southern Living, Forbes, Robb Report, Real Simple, Redbook, Glamour, USA Today, the Travel Channel and many more. I also penned more than a dozen guidebooks for Frommer’s.

📢 In 2012, my husband Scott and I moved back to Tennessee from California and started our own marketing agency, Odinn Media, through which we create strategic tourism and marketing plans for city and county governments across the country. Clients have included The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Texas Tourism, Visit Lexington, New Orleans CVB, Visit Savannah, Visit Franklin, Memphis Tourism and countless others.

🎨 Through our work in tourism, we were inspired to start a 501(c)(3), DMA-events, in 2018 with the guiding purpose to activate the environment through the installation of original public art in rural areas of the South. Three years into our nonprofit work, we’ve installed 22 murals in more than a dozen cities across Tennessee with seven more planned for Spring/Summer 2021.

💃 In 2020, we honored the 19th Amendment though a state-wide initiative, Walls for Women, that incorporated 7 cities, 14 artists and 200 gallons of paint. Walls for Women was highlighted in more than 50 print and broadcast pieces, with EMV exceeding 200M.
