I guide high-level leaders to unlock their Unique Creative Flow Pattern™️.

I serve leaders who are faced with a complex problem or are trying to capitalize on an opportunity.

In 2017, after 17 years in corporate (13 of those in Human Resources), I took the (bumpy) leap into entrepreneurship and am now a spiritually aligned Human Design Guide and professional Self-Leadership Coach with a passion for mental health advocacy.

I also have bipolar (and am proud of it)! 🧠

I hold space for high-level leaders in a way no one else around them can. My work is transformative, deep, and fun. Yes, all three can co-exist together.

🔥 𝗜 am Colombian 🇨🇴, spiritual, and a recovering perfectionist who stopped drinking alcohol in July of 2020 (who does that in the middle of a pandemic?!). 😆

🏠 In October of 2020, after 12 years in Denver, CO, my husband and I kicked off a life of work and travel remotely. The nomad adventure so far has taken us through:
