I founded the Business Book Awards in 2017. In year 1 we had half as many entries from women authors as men and ALL the eleven Award-winners were white men. I wrote a book about it and started mentoring women-only groups; my mission is to encourage more and more diverse women to write their books to increase theirs and all women’s credibility.

🐕🐓🐎 I live in rural Norfolk in a 17th century farmhouse with my husband and two daughters, who were adopted from Russia. My younger daughter has Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). We have three dogs, chickens and a horse. I have two older sons and four grandchildren. My mum is 93 and a Dame.
