Physiotherapist specialising in treating chronic pain by video consultation. I also support thousands of charity marathon runners every year. I own and run www.OctopusClinic.com providing face to face treatment in London and video based individual and group based sessions for corporates, the public sector and charities. I am passionate about getting top notch physio knowledge out to as many people as possible so produce tonnes of advice videos and physio exercise videos. I also do a live Q&A every Friday on @octopusclinic social media. I love dancing, creating and exploring. I’m a feminist. I miss hugs with my loved ones and the energy of crowds of strangers.
