☀️I quit fast fashion - corporate America to create an empowering community based brand.

After falling backwards down an unlit fire exit in NYC, I found myself with two broken feet, every ligament torn and a broken kneecap. Left unable to walk and living in a foreign country.

This began the long journey to recovery, both physically and mentally.

✨Because of this, I am passionate about empowering women to use exercise, yoga and meditation to overcome their physical as emotional trauma, so I create beautiful, sustainable activewear for women to feel inspired to keep going.
