My Role of Marketing Manager at Dementia Support is raising the awareness and promoting the incredible work of the only Dementia Hub in the UK offering support, information and advice pre and post diagnosis.
I am the chair of trustee for a charity named Men Walk Talk a charity raising awareness for mental health amongst men.
Husband to the amazing Nell and father of 2 children
And ageing gymnast... well.. I love gymnastics... but my ageing body is not helping my love for it... haha
