Bio

I am a coach, a trainer and a consultant with 20 years of business experience gained in the financial services and technology sectors in multiple geographies and functions (operations process re-engineering, sales strategy and development, business analysis and pricing, marketing / loyalty / CRM, program management, consulting).

This has allowed me to become an effective communicator driven by motivating teams to deliver target-focused results, and to develop an analytical, data-driven, multi-cultural mind with strong cultural awareness and impressive linguistic abilities.

My particular passion is to help people realise their unexpressed potential and manage the inevitable change which we all come across in our lives. As a coach and a trainer, my approach encompasses positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology and performance science to help my clients respond to life's challenges with positive intelligence, with impact in the following three areas:
