Mom of three. My oldest made me a military Mom (I need about 20 support groups a day just for that). My youngest lives with higher mental health needs. My daughter is smack dab in the middle of it all. How can motherhood be so beautiful and so bone crushingly hard? It’s okay. It’s this journey that we get through together. I’m also in long-term recovery from alcohol and substances (since 2008), gambling, perfectionism, overwork, social media/tech overuse, anxiety.
