Here’s my story

✨ I’ve been in the healing arts field for over 25 years. I’ve trained extensively in:
▪️NLP - masters level certified
▪️family constellations
▪️zen meditation/western contemplation
▪️bodywork(shiatsu, myofascial release,
energy work)
▪️body centered practices (martial
arts instructor, yoga, movement)
▪️human design
along with intensive personal studies for:
healing the past,
living in the present &
expanding consciousness 💫

✨ I’m also an intuitive empath. Seeing and serving others comes naturally to me.

✨In 2014, I left San Francisco after years of building a successful executive and business coaching practice. I wanted a fresh start and new experiences (along with warmer weather...brrr)
