I hail from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. Grew up in NJ the product of both public and private education. Attended Prairie View A&M 💜💛 Benjamin Banneker Honors College an HBCU Class of ‘89 Full Scholarship B. S. Electrical Engineering.

30 year veteran of the construction 👷🏽industry both with experience at well-known organizations and companies in both the public and private sectors.

Serial entrepreneur since 2007. Current President & Owner of Alabaster Construction Services LLC 🚧 and a Financial 🏦Professional at Prudential Advisors, licensed for Life, Health ⛑and Variable Products 📈 including Medicare Supplement and Advantage Plans.

MBA with a focus on Strategic Management & Organizational Development Rutgers Graduate 👩‍🎓 School 🏫 of Business 2005.

Adjunct Professor 👩‍🏫 School of Engineering Fairleigh Dickinson University 2008-2018 Lecturer of Project Management and Construction Management.

I’m more than a survivor: massive heart attack 2009 and auto immune disease 1997. My name literally means “God is my oath”.

I have stories to tell and I’ve learned to share about the “message” I learned while going through some “mess”. [There are books inside of me - need help getting them out].

Found out my spiritual gifts are F. L. A. T. - Faith ✝️ Leadership Administration and Teaching 👩🏽‍🏫. (Makes sense considering all I’ve endured. 🤔)

I serve on the Executive Leadership Team of the Northern NJ Heart Walk Team of the American Heart ♥️ Association. I’m the current President (2020-21) of the best BNI (Business Networking International) Chapter - MSO Prosperity (ask me how you can join and lock out your competition).
