Contemporary management and sales coach curious about why people do what they do.

My career started as a sales professional and sales manager in the late 80s. Following this in-field experience, my career evolved to support and coach others as they take on new sales and sales management challenges.

For the last 22 years, I have been dedicated to developing the skills of sales professionals, both in terms of consultative skills and approaches and with respect to their mindset.

Today, I describe myself as a contemporary sales and sales management coach and facilitator. In addition to my professional work, I am also a mental coach for a Dutch major league men’s field hockey team.
