A Real Estate Investor & Lending Specialist via We Believe Enterprises, LLC. & Renatus Educational Platform. Specializing in educating others in becoming Real Estate Investors and helping individuals with Funding Properties, (for Buy & Hold Properties or Flip Properties).

Louise is also the Executive Director of We Believe Enterprises, LLC., President of NapMonte Capital, LLP., (An Innovative Real Estate Investment Group), She also serves as a Content Writer & Educator for the Flipping One-on-One Training Series via Georges Realty, LLC., and previously served as VP of CDL Recruiting, Inc.

Louise is also a Highly Skilled Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor & Lending Specialist as well and a talented Marketer (Specializing in Branding, Graphic & Web Designing). She is a Business Woman who is passionate about helping others, ENTHUSIAST, FOCUSED and DRIVEN. Louise is a hard worker and contributor, she doesn't stop until the quality of her work efforts has been implemented and completed to satisfaction. Louise is a getter and Laser Focus on her overall mission whether it is reference to a personal task or engagement through collaborating with others within an organization, running a business or planning an event. While studying at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, she earned a BFA in Graphic & Web Design. She also studied Business, Community Development/ Management at UMass Boston.

Since acquiring her degree, she has started her own business and used her expertise to develop content ideas for prestigious companies such as Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Pearson Education, Advanstar, or as Head of the Marketing and Training Dept. as VP-President of CDL Recruiting Inc. and also for various nonprofit organizations. Her talent and skills make her the best person to oversee all creative direction, marketing, and web collateral, and communications. Today Louise is heavily involved in both the Real Estate Development and Lending Industry.

Louise has served as vice-president of an investment group called Toolmen Limited Partnership, LLP. She has proctored college-level creative writing classes at UMASS Dartmouth and taught graphics design to high school students at Brick by Brick in New Bedford, MA (a nonprofit after-school program). Speaker and Presenter of the Mirror Project for over 20 years and Leader in helping non-profit organizations like New Health Link in its mission to help cure Cancer.
