I help women to overcome traumatic experiences which may have left them feeling broken.

I went through a harrowing experience when I was living in Japan with my best friend, Lucie Blackman in 2000. We were having the most amazing time and then eight weeks into our travels and the first day we spent apart, Lucie was abducted and brutally murdered. Lucie’s body wasn’t found for eight months and during that time I was interrogate daily by the Japanese police and unfairly blamed by many. The trial which I was heavily involved in lasted almost a decade.

I’m finally at peace with my past and training to be a counsellor to help others who have experienced traumatic life events. 🙏🏻
