~I am a first generation College student, lover of people, the youngest of seven daughters(Lucky 7 🍀), pet lover 🐈 🐶, and a lifelong learner and friend. 🥰
~My passion is to help people navigate through the grief process. If you have lost a family member, a pet, a neighbor, a mentor, or a close friend, please don’t give up on life. Have hope. 🙏🏻
~My oldest son Christopher Limón passed away on May 5, 2011. It broke my heart, changed my entire life around, and it devastated me. 💔
~If those in your life don’t understand or ‘get it’ that you are in deep sorrow, find your people. We are here to support you. There is no timeline nor deadline to grief. You don’t have to go through it alone. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏻👨🏿‍🤝‍👨🏼👯‍♀️
~My goal is to change the narrative on grief and mental illness. Life can still be fulfilling and beautiful. As devastating as loss and grief are, there are tools to support us when we feel down, sad or anxious. The next step is to rise and shine bright like the diamonds that we are! 💎 💫
~Effective communication within families, yet especially with teenagers is imperative to their survival and growth potential. They need our love and support. Mental illness affects a high percentage of the population. United we create change. 🤜🏻🤛🏻
~My experience in working with hundreds of teenagers is that they need more LOVE, patience, & understanding, to be appreciated, heard and valued. They are smart and have big goals/dreams. Remember that they’re still developing. With guidance they can accomplish anything. They are our future world leaders. 🌎
