What’s my story?

⚡️I’ll keep it brief.
👶🏻I’m a cleft, lip & palate baby (google it).
🏋🏻‍♂️I’ve gone from skinny, to bodybuilder, to depressed & underweight/unhealthy to plant-powered-performance-focussed training machine (it’s a mouthful I know).
💻I’ve worked jobs I did like, and I’ve quit jobs I didn’t like.
📲Eventually I found myself starting a coaching business and have been helping people turn their lives around ever since.
