I run a Facebook coaching community called How Women Heal focused on Body, Mind, Money, Love and Life. I coach women on financial planning, recovery and index fund investing. I also run Perfect Health Now, which invites women to lose weight and reverse diabetes through bodybuilding, cardio and a LCHF dietary approach. I became non-diabetic in August of 2019. My coaching clients work on their own strategies and do not follow a rigid plan.
