Dr.Lonise Bias is a International known motivational speaker, trainer, and consultant.
She is the visionary and president of Bspeaks LLC, a life investment company bringing messages of hope and inspiration, encouraging and empowering audiences for over 35 years.
Her career was launched after the death of her son Len Bias
died June 19, 1986 two days after being drafted by the Boston Celtics from a drug related death. December 4, 1990 her second son was murdered in a drive by shooting at a local mall.
The two tragic deaths forged her belief that there will be beauty for ashes believing in the redemptive and transformative power of LOVE!
