What I do💼

I am the Federal Grants and Community Engagement Manager for a statewide, public boarding school. Beyond securing and managing over 10 million dollars in grant funds, I also oversee community engagement, by establishing partnerships with the local community for programs for families. I am the Founder and Consultant of L. Jefferson Consulting, LLC. I provide grant consultation in the following areas:

In addition, I offer strategic thought partnership for business SMART goal-setting.
