A wellbeing and mental health enthusiast, Studying an MSc in Business Psychology.

Working in wellbeing and employee experience supporting 10,000 staff. ⛑

Prior to this I’ve been Head of Talent and a Talent Manager with 10 years recruitment experience.

I have lived experience of poor mental health and ADHD so use this as my superpower and purpose for my work and studies. 💥
