👨‍👩‍👧 I help parents guide their teens & tweens on their first steps to period positivity, with beautiful bespoke privacy pouches, first period kits and messages of support.

I am passionate about supporting your teen through the often difficult time of puberty and encouraging “that” conversation between them and you, their parents, in order to improve confidence and body positivity 👯‍♀️

I started my business “A Little Bit Lizzie” after being made redundant in lockdown, having zero experience of running a business. It has evolved and is still evolving, but thanks to Julie Begbie and her Happy Side Hustle course, I got it off the ground in October. I have a long way to go, but I’m getting there, step by step! 👣
