𝔸 𝔹𝕀𝕋 𝔸𝔹𝕆𝕌𝕋 𝕄𝕐 𝕊𝕋𝕆ℝ𝕐: 2 near death experiences I know that each day alive is a blessing. I’m a military veteran diagnosed with PTSD and Severe depression. Growing up in poverty and in an extremely physically and sexually abusive environment as a child. About 6 years ago I found myself homeless and sofa surfing. After working hard and finding a extremely supportive companion whom believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. I was able to go from being homeless to renting a room with 3 other people then to a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I recently closed on a 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house. I started my brand about 2 year’s ago just as a way to relieve stress, anxiety, and calm my mind. Which turned into self healing and lead me to begin writing my book called “57 Pills and A shot“ which is a book about how I overcame childhood abuse and depression through cultivating a positive mindset and a healthy support system.
