I am a Wife, Girl mom, Lifestyle/Fitness/Nutrition coach (“Living Well With Bell”) who lives in Atlanta, Georgia. I have created a mom community to uplift, help moms get in shape with virtual workouts and educate on how healthy foods can change one’s life. The moms could workout in the place of their own home with their children (no gym equipment needed). I also reversed a rare type of women medical condition called “thoracic endometriosis and before this condition was reversed with my research/knowledge I applied over time, the doctors informed that I would probably have a miscarriage during my pregnancy. Knowing the faith I have, I knew there were other options I can pursue and not depend on one route. I then declined the hysterectomy at 27 years old after I was diagnosed, life was changed around from the mind, food regimen to exercising. In addition, I conceived at age 34, went full-term 39 weeks with no complications and gave birth to a gorgeous daughter at the age of 35. I have transformed over thousands of Women’s lives so far from weight loss, educated others on how to lower high blood pressure and some clients are no longer taking medicine. I look forward to assisting more as this is truly my purpose. On the other hand, self-love is the key factor in achieving body goals inside and out.
