My life has lead me to this work because I lost my mother to suicide in 2005. She was overweight and on antidepressants. She miss used her medication, causing her to take her own life.
It is my mission to let people know that theyโre not alone. And there are healthy natural healing ways to cope. Loss is difficult and will never go away but it will get better when you focus on self-care.
