Cynthia shares her love of holistic health and beauty by incorporating her background as a licensed aesthetician and as an Ayurvedic practitioner. She studied Ayurveda at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (Ranked #1 for the best colleges for Ayurvedic Medicine in the US). She studied with professors all trained in India, using the classical texts and principles, as well as her own research and travels in India and Bali. She is also a yoga teacher, and Reiki energy healer, combining her knowledge and research to bring harmony and balance to your skin. Cynthia believes that beauty starts from within, and is integral to the mind, body and spirit connection.
