📍 Growing my understanding of what it takes to create change, build a business, and lean into my calling to break barriers.

💫My strategic vision drives my mission to empower communities to achieve health. As a young careerist, I am dedicated to learning all sectors of the healthcare industry. The teams I’ve worked with include brilliant clinicians, creative patients, and hard-working peers. My interests include change management, healthcare innovation, health policy, organizational development, and operational efficiency.

⚜️I have earned a Master of Health Administration through an accelerated BS/MHA program at Saint Louis University. I have recently joined the Strategic Planning team at BJC HealthCare.

💥I believe healthcare leaders must make room at the decision-making table - or just change the shape of the table - to fit more stakeholders.
