I aim to uplift humanity through liv(e)mbodied, where I focus on trauma-informed yoga, the intersections of art & yoga, radicalizing yoga for social justice action, yoga as healing (the self & collective), intuitive movement, voice, sensuality, and embodiment. I would like to stress the message that though we must strive for freedom and liberation, none of us are free and liberated until all of us are free and liberated.
