I teach future marketers, leaders & business professionals to 💭 listen and learn from to minority perspectives and diverse points of view.

We need to do more than just talk about social change. So I pivoted to take on this work. Cultural intelligence is required learning for everyone.

I help people become intentionally aware and inclusive of culture, so we can leverage our unique gifts in business. To support this training, I was awarded a grant to develop an innovative cultural intelligence curriculum! 💸

I’m looking to learn from professionals who work in 2+ cultures or countries. In other words, if you know what it’s like to be the only person like you at a conference table, I especially want to hear from you!

I’d also love to interview marketers and business leaders in my virtual classrooms or as co-moderators in a CH room.

Help me prepare the next generation of professionals by sharing your story. I teach at a minority serving institution and I’m frequently asked to invite BIPOC professionals to share authentic experiences.
